With monthly sales reach 22,732 vehicles delivered, Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) saw an increase of seven percent over the same time last year. It was automaker's best November, in terms of sales, since 1994.
Leading the charge was the CX-5. With sales in excess of 8,700 units, the compact crossover utility vehicle had its best November ever, and enjoyed a 21.3 percent jump in sales over November 2014. Despite the impending winter, the sporty MX-5 Miata increased its year-over-year sales by 226.8 percent, giving the roadster its best November since 2006.
Mazda's SKYACTIV TECHNOLOGY, also saw significant growth this past November. The series of technologies designed to increase performance and fuel efficiency was delivered with 92.3 percent of Mazda vehicles last month; proving it to be an affordable and desirable solution for customers.
